Developed by the City of Toronto to encourage greater engagement of youth in CE and other community activities, this short paper provides an overview of the benefits of youth involvement, and how to successfully recruit and retain youth in community activities. Applicable to any organization, the highlights of this report are the description of a good outreach strategy, and how to make youth feel their participation is valued (p. 12). Unfortunately, the resource is not easy to print.
